ZMATRIX , 120 Capsules

Clearly not all products work for everyone. This one happens to do the opposite effect for me. I am not sure why, I know many similar products also include melatonin...which I know has helped me in the past. I have also started a new extremely difficult program which may also be playing with my sleep pattern so I won't blame the supplement, I just wanted to explain my point of few. Every other product I have used from this company has been spot on, however.

Some claim doesn't help them, but can honestly say my sleep comes quicker and is deeper than without. Placebo effect? Nah just works. Never hurts to stock up on sale either...

Woke up feeling groggy and not rested at all after about 8 hours of sleep (my normal amount). I like to try other products but this one was a bust for me. Im sticking to my go to ZMA brand. Despite being a bad product I used it for 2 days in hope the first day was something else and I woke up worse the next day. Bodybuilding.com did a great job handling my return. I give this product a 1/10 for its performance. I give Bodybuilding.com a 10/10 for their amazing customer service.

This didn’t work for me at all. First time I took it I threw up. Second time I took it I stayed up all night :(

This product has helped me sleep better and feel more ready for a hard workout in the morning.

This is a great product. I have noticed that this product does what it says. The best thing I like about this product is the restful sleep. I get into that deep sleep all the time now. Even when I wake up to use the rest room and go back to sleep, I get back into that deep sleep. Before I started taking this, I would barely get a good nights sleep. I highly recommend this product.

Easy to take capsules. Seems to help with improved sleep. Take before bed with EVL Omega 3.

Definitely helps fall asleep faster and sleep more soundly.

The product was great, I usually have problems sleeping and this product really helped also my recovery was a lot faster which allowed me to work out more.

Maybe it is me but ZMatrix was my first venture into the "overnight recovery" supplements and I must say that after four days of taking it, and a combined 7 hours of sleep over those 4 days, I cannot recommend this product. Again, maybe it is something in my DNA that made this work opposite of what it should but for now I am just taking some melatonin and calling it a night!

Noticeable difference in quality of sleep as well as recovery time. Definitely recommend!

Sleep is worse . Wake up more often and harder to fall back asleep . Maybe it’s the green tea in the sleep product

Solid Z matrix product, just started using it a couple weeks ago, and sleep is deeper and feel more rested when I wake up.

I have been using this since a year. Its amazing and it improved my sleep qualities too.
